Too many mistakes.
Too may rats and weasels running the organization.
Too many frustrated customers feeling ripped off their $ with irrational commissions and fees.
Too many loyal and hard working employees feeling squeezed and underpaid.
This bank needs to get dissolved for good.

Agree. The place seems to be bursting at the seams thanks to years of short term thinking. It is sad that good workers will be paying for the terrible and cluelessness of "leadership".
I agree with hard working employees being led by very poor leadership. No vision.
It will not dissolve. A merger may happen with a mammoth bank (JPM) but as soon it gets acquired they will flush the people.
