Thread regarding Union Pacific Corp. layoffs

Divided!!

By all the posts they have reached their goals! A divided team. Non-agreement against agreement. Crafts against other crafts. Bashing each other on here just to get jobs cut! Do any of you have a care feeling inside you? Whether it’s someone in another craft or a manager; we all have someone relying on us! Children to feed! Families at home! Mortgage payments to make! It is really sad to see the posts recently of people throwing out ideas on where to cut! Why not throw out something that gets there wheels spinning to bring jobs back not get more cut! Could you imagine what it would be like to learn right before the holidays that one of your comments caused someone to loose a job and take away from their children or lose a house? Let’s stop going behind each other’s backs to see if jobs can be cut even more! Agreement or non-agreement! Stop throwing out ideas and what’s even worse, you guys are posting the locations! I hope you sleep better at night knowing you may have played a roll on a child waking up with nothing or their house gone!

United we stand divided we fall...we have too many eighties who are only here for themselves and don't understand what trade unionism is about. An injury to one is an injury to us all ✊

Corporate socialism started with the rail lines.
The top will use any means necessary to divide and conquer.
A continental divide - a colonial design.

It wasn’t as bad with the previous leadership, yea it it’s always been non agreement vs agreement but since the new leadership took hold and everyone in non agreement started to have to prove their ability to do their jobs it has significantly gotten worse. If anyone did give them ideas to bring in new business they’d either ignore it, do the total opposite, probably keep cutting jobs, or all three.

Warming post. But do you honestly think they care what and how are families are doing? They are going to do what they want, how they want ,and what is going to make the most profit. It was slow last year in December and did that stop them from laying off 3 weeks before Christmas? Nope.
