IBM can't signal anything. Does anyone actually look to IBM for leadership or even relevance?
Forbes is a much tarnished brand now. In years past, it was associated with quality financial reporting. But, in recent years, with the downturn in magazine publications, Forbes has sold out of it's only remaining appeal - the great name, in return for basically paid shill advertising from the vendor/person who commissioned the piece.
Sad state of affairs all the way around.
Forbes is probably being paid to hype IBM stock for some wall street fund managers who hold too much of it.
Such a great article... Not... IBM can't even spell Cloud without looking for rain.
