I know there are still some former RN's that post here. Where did you move and is it better?

Was moved in late 2018 from FCM to HCM...........personally HATE it!! Loss of autonomy and independence. Every thing is monitored including recording of all calls, with audits very very subjective. Personally If I wasn't so close to retirement after 10 year with Humana I would be gone gone gone!!
