2020 year-end bonus should be all in now, any news leaked from budget committee yet?

We've heard that the Bonus pool for my are is worst in last 10 years. Strong performers will see little bonus, Meets and Needs Improvement will not get any.
So what's the bonus for a 601looking like this year?
I just posted about this today - no merit increases for VP and above, bonuses cut 5%
Give bonuses to people at the branches.who workes all throughout the pandemic....they deserve it much more than anyone..

2021 budget is flat, so expect similar bonus pay as last year.
Cheap and stingy gonna give me the same exact bonus again as years before. But they keep increasing my workload so...
