Oh wow!!! What about increasing diversity by 2025? A job was created to lead diversity. Not all African Americans need to lead racial equity groups, they can be CFOS TOO. How many of these diversity groups were created and never made it off the ground, numerous. It is a little late to be jumping on the band wagon based on race. There was more than enough time to listen and treat people with respect and just be fair.
We just announced the new cfo. A white male -so surprising, not! We need diversity in the c level jobs and not just the “diversity officer”. We say we’re focused on diversity and inclusion but our actions say otherwise
Rosa parks lived in a different era that need someone like her to stand up. And I’m glad she did. As for this person being cfo. Great ! But won’t save the company so long as the top is greedy.
