Has anyone received their $29 emailed coupon for purchasing beyond plus? I know a lot of employees in my store purchased it, and it said within a week we would receive it but nobody has that purchased last Sunday or monday

Was told today the $29 will be received in MY FUNDS not as an actual e gift card, you have 30 days to use it
Literally picked up the phone to call for the third time and the email popped up for the bonus gift card. Typical BBB - You'll get it within a week, oh no on the 13th and got it on the 14th. Like this company needs to make more people angry.

I placed my order last Sunday! I’m an employee and aggravated I can only imagine the complaints from customers!

It's actually a bonus gift card. It is/was a special offer to emails who have never had beyond+. Pay $29 for Beyond+ and get a $29 bonus gift card emailed to you within a week. However, in true BBB style, it's been more than a week.
Outbreak? Do you work at that store? Where did your info come from?
I am curious how long this post will last, it is not “layoff” related. I posted twice about store #128 (Naples, FL.) being shut down for a COVID-19 out break on Saturday. The ridiculous part is, they re-opened Sunday morning at the normal time! They really do not care about their employees or customers. Technically, exposed employees should be quarantined (but who would run the store??) and all employees should be tested!
I waited on hold for 74 minutes to see about the Beyong Plus $29 coupon and was told “they are coming”!

No. I called on Friday to find out where it is and was told any Beyond+ purchased from Oct. 4th through the 11th (I believe) will be sent out on the 13th. We shall see. He said if I didn't receive it by then they would make it right.
Since a lot were to sold to former employees that have nothing to lose when complaining, they better step it up.
