Anyone have this information? The diffrent types of levels / grades and their pay?

It used to be simpler when it was just levels for job codes
Every lead except the Prepared food lead is grade level 120. Prepared Foods lead is 110, same as Cake Decorators and Senior Cutters.
Workday has made the metrics incredibly complicated and they will only tell your manager, not you, how much you stand to gain/lose by going to another position/club. Even the 10% you might lose by stepping down isn't accurate because there might be a RPZ (regional pay zone).
