Do people at higher grade levels (G24 up) have compensation based on stock movements or levels at points in time? I was in a discussion recently where it was wondering if the motivations of the people discussing items were based on whether the actions decided on would cause short term stock movements.

Yes. Most of the execs hired by Brian were given large sign on bonuses to cover their unvested equity at other companies, but those payments are often only triggered if the stock price is at a certain level.
