Changes are a coming. I get the sense Midlevel directors and managers are being targeted heavily.
was announced today on Paul Hunters All hands. Basically you find out what your new role is in the next two weeks or if you have been “displaced”. WFRs generally don’t happen during the week so I’m assuming a large notifications will happen this coming Monday.

Oktoberfest Math Equation:
10/13/20 + 14 days (2 week notice) = 10/27/20
with 4 days remaining to the 10/31/20 end of FY4Q20 just in time for the Cost Reduction optimization.
No one should really be surprised the "Oktoberfest" layoffs have been consistent thru the years.

Huge Layoff's today, North American teams - leadership etc. Over the next two weeks many teams will be eliminated
John Grosso's entire UK team is being eliminated (except for small retentions)
Back to the WFRs for 10/6 was anyone impacted ?
US Based Employees in John Grosso's group ? With the Offshoring / Outsourcing of jobs in to the Asia Region why is there still a very large presence for John Grosso's team. A lot of wasted resources that can be used elsewhere ? or improve the cost reductions.
Once you outsource the design / development is the other residual functions should be moved or elminated. The redundancy of resources between HPE and Suppliers are incredible when the work has been moved the training wheels should be off by now.
Do we know how many person that will be part of the 10/27/20 Voluntary Career Transition Program ? That number of employees will impact (i.e. how many more need to be laid off before 10/31/20) the WFR number for 2020.
