Our store manager is paid $90,000 plus a year to do Minimal fulfillment, sit in office on personal cell phone, make coffee and burn popcorn. And leave at 4pm but schedule everyone else to work grunt hours. wTF is going on? We all need To protest and do it fast

The store manager we used to have back in 2016 never did anything but walk around and degrade employees then go sit in his office and preen. So, why would anything have changed? This was at West Town Knoxville. I don't miss Belk or Blaine. (he was fired eventually, but what a $hit $how

Only $90,000? He must not be a very good manager or brand new.
Store managers have become more complacent in recent months. Most are looking for new jobs and have given up. They know Belk is on life support.
