How soon can we log in to see our ratings in the system?

With likely multiple layers of calibration sessions, it’s possible your manager’s take doesn’t even matter for your rating at this stage.
folks there is no fighting your ratings. I will never happen. ER is there to support the manager. You are even worse of if you work for a lifer manager. These people know how to work the internal system and survive.
You think a 60 something manager who has been there 20 plus years is going to let you ruin their gravy train?
you get to see your rating as soon as you write up the whole evaluation about yourself for them
I’m a 2 with unconscious bias in my rating and actual lies that I can prove! I even had a claim of discrimination with lots of proof and documentation but that was unsubstantiated. I have close to 30 years of experience and my manager is threatened by me. This place is seriously horrible. I can’t wait to be done. WF IS S CESSPOOL.

So rigged. 1 and 2s are being papered out. And with 3s being the new 4s, you do the math.
Any little thing you do that isn't perfect or 100% "behaviorally acceptable" by the manager immediately can drop you below a 3.
Get ready folks! I know several top performers who are getting 2s because their manager doesnt like them or feels threatened by them. (I'm a manager and they ate my colleagues.)
