So another cap associate from another supercenter told me That cap 1 and cap 2 has to go to overnights at their store. My managers at my store told me cap 2 and cap 1 is store going to be running the same as always cap 2 will unload trucks and stock grocery and cap 1 will do picks and overnight will still be doing their things just managers are changing. Can someone confirm please if cap 1 and cap 2 are merging to overnight or if nothing will change at all but only managers please

They just announced in my store. Cap one and two are reduced. All available hours go to cap 3. All dep. Managers, Support managers, and Shift leads about 30 in my store will compete for 20 positions. These positions are higher paid around 20 an hour but they will be worked even harder,if that is even possible. If the managers don't make the cut they can't step down there just out a job. Our deadline is after Christmas. Most of cap one and two will be elimated, this come from my store manager in a cap 2 meeting. It's real. Get ready.
Your SM is correct for your store. Not all stores are going to overnight unload and stocking. Just a select few. Based on store size and sales I assume.
