Thread regarding Cengage layoffs

Has employee morale improved?

I've been gone for a few years now. Morale has been pretty low when I was laid off, and while I hope things have improved since then, I highly doubt it. My bet is they're still trying to spin their failed ideas into something positive while getting rid of some of the best employees to make up for losses caused by their "winning" ideas. I'll be happy to hear if I'm wrong, though...

Can we at least have one more in person NES so we can tell our married “on the side NES hookups” goodbye?

It’s the least they can do.

They got rid of so many smart and talented people. They kind of deserve what they get now. Former consultants, FB and MH are running the place into the ground. The numbers never supported unlimited and it was a stupid idea that screwed every Cengage author. Used car salesman scheme that put Cengage on the fast track to collapse. At least Pearson and MGH still have their dignity.
