Not everyone got the bonus... I was one of the unlucky ones that my boss told the day AFTER bonuses went out! I called and was told "oops, forgot to mention that not everyone is getting a bonus this time" Its going to s— not having a job for a bit, but I am honestly pretty relieved to be leaving this toxic company after the layoff next week. Been here almost 6 years and they find a way to screw you on the way out after working extra hours all year due to COVID.....
yay! got my bonus via auto deposit today. I was LR'd in July.
If you work in EMEAR and APJC, of course you get your bonus in October... in that case, ask your boss for the webletter.
Go check the paycheck portal.
If it is not there, you did not get it.
Go and check in your paycheck portal.
If it is not there, you are not getting anything.
If you worked through end July and are not in a PIP, you are due a bonus webletter. Whether you are in the at risk list is inconsequential. Your ipf is another story though...
If you were employed during the last fiscal year, you should get the bonus....even if you are on the "at risk" list and even if you were impacted by the layoff in Feb/July.
So, if you were laid off as of July end of fiscla year - do you GET the bonus?
Not likely. Bonus WebLetters went out last Tues. 9/22 and the U.S. payout is Weds. 9/30.
