Layoffs have already started. Cast Members need to know about a severance package. Some of these cast members have been with Disney for 15 plus years. It would be wrong a shame of Disney not give them something for their loyalty. This is the worst news. I can see this ending very badly for Disney if they don't do what is right, as in a severance package. They need to start being transparent with their loyal cast members.

Hourlies are being paid and kept on the oayroll for 90 days partly to comply with WARN act. I don’t know if salaries are being offered standard Disney severance (1 week per year of service + a flat number of weeks based on job level) or something enhanced.

are people being offered severance packages or just a straight cut bye-bye?
