It must be great to work for a company that priorities inclusion, but has zero job security.

I guess they have to put a positive spin on things somehow.

I got my first taste of lawful discrimination many years ago.

When I was about to graduate from college, an IBM recruiter came to campus to interview students. The IBM recruiter told my lab instructor that IBM was looking to hire women and minorities only. In other words, no white boys need to apply. BTW, IBM ended up hiring the worst student in my graduating class so they got the employee they deserved. Luckily, Compaq was desperate for engineers and I ended up at a much better company than IBM.

And this lack of job security should be applied to the top as well. CEO Antonio Neri should be canned for his incompetence.

hpe treats all its employees equally, really c-appy. All jobs at hpe are disposable, throwaway jobs.

It used to be that regardless of Age, Gender, Race you had to have the experience and competency.

hpe is a bad place to work because they lay off way more than other companies of similar size and industry. There is no job security at hpe. It’s been that way for many years. Stop saying it is similar at other companies. hpe is the worst.

Age, gender and race matters in regards to job security at HPE. For certain there are people in positions at HPE because they check one or more of those three boxes. I'm sure that it's the same at IBM, Dell, Cisco and other places of a similar size.
