Thread regarding Xerox Corp. layoffs

This is the worst company. Oh, and there are gonna be more layoffs and if your furloughed you’re almost certainly not coming back. And if your getting fed up, time to start moving on. Cause it’s gonna get worse.

Why would you leave your pension / 401K with a company that cannot even manage their own cash flow. Do you really trust a company that first delayed 401K until year-end and then removed It entirely?

Get out and take your pension with you ASAP. That’s what I did. I don’t trust xerox with my money.

i left over 6 months ago, looks like what i was telling my workmates that this was happening.
You need to be brave and leave and cash out what you have in few months its will be zero balances in your accounts. this old company cannot survive any longer. good luck all

I wonder if furloughs have to be officially brought back in order to IRIF them? Or can they be let go while still on furlough?

Sensing a lot of anger and hostility in this forum these days. Yet, I have not seen any widespread reported layoff action at Xerox yet. The revenue numbers are horrendous - so we all know it is coming. Must be hell working there right bow, with such anxiety. Get out people, this is your last chance.
