Thread regarding Truist Bank layoffs

Caught in the crossfire

Two members of my team can’t see eye to eye on any issues and this is making working as a team difficult to say the least. The others are finding absolutely no motivation to work with them because they feel caught in the middle of their ridiculous “feud” and I am just waiting for everything to implode. I am lost on what to do. I admit, I keep hoping one of them will get laid off. If that makes me a horrible person, so be it.

Seriously?!? Are you their manager? It’s YOUR job to resolve the feud to where you work as a team. If you haven’t heard of either of them being RIFd than watch out, it may be you on the chopping block. Step up and manage.

This can’t be true. On the earnings call Kelly King said teamwork between legacy SunTrust and Legacy BB&T is going better than even he could have imagined. I am beginning to think what someone told me long ago about Kelly has real merit - the best way to tell if Kelly King is lying is if his lips are moving...

Speak up and say enough is enough, otherwise get use to being walked on. Sorry, all departments are overworked and under paid, if people lie low all self-worth will be lost.
