MH said she would take full responsibility. I'm sure she got her punishment: a good and stern talking to. There's one law for the rich (aka Upper management) and another law for the poor (aka lowly worker bees) That's not just Enbridge, that's life.

all the OBS and incident reports and all the trac training is a joke. They are all lead by people who dont understand. Life saving rules what a joke. Fire all the top people and the ones in WESTOVER SARNIA AND BELLVILLE are specially incompetent

Funny they claim to have such a safety culture. Incident reporting galore. I have seen people fired in this company for much much less. The people at the top can't see the forest for the trees. Someone up there should have been held accountable. I think most of us know who that is.
