For those who did apply internally to move to a different position to stay with the company, how long does it usually take to hear that initial interest or a no ?

I honestly feel like it depends on the recruiter, sometimes you get the montage and then hear nothing if that goes past four weeks it’s probably a no, I know that there are so many applicants if anyone is trying respond as soon as possible when asked for a montage I feel that people forget how large of a company this is… I wants applied for a position at another insurance agency and afterBecause I had a good relationship with the supervisor she explained there were 300 applicants in one week and it was almost pure luck I was pulled
2 to 3 weeks for a straight initial no.
