Thread regarding State Farm Insurance layoffs

The Great Pandemic Purge

Looks like Tippy and the boys getting 10,000 acts of good by kicking thousands to the curb during a world wide pandemic. Please understand it’s a business decision, oh and we need you to give it your all until we figure out how to do it. Don’t forget your selecta gift.

SF Amazon, Google, social media, corporations and shady elites start engineering snd target marketing intrusiveness In Action.

Leadership and affiliates know everyone are rats to be played with And “analyzed” and controlled and tracked and brainwashed.

When privacy and ethics are ignored and science and technology and systems are really exploitation we are targets. Cancel culture and All out Hollywood stars now.

I had a superintendent when I was a young pup in a field office that retired at 55. He never visited the office, never kept in touch and I am certain he does not visit this site or care one iota about SF anymore. That is my plan as well once I am out you will never see or hear from me again.

We all knew this was coming for a long time. So why is anyone surprised? I'm not bitter. We survived longer than most. I'm grateful, I survived this long and if I get two, three, or more years, that is the icing on the cake. Start conserving money and pay off debt, take care of your family or move to a HUB. It is questionable if relocation benefits will apply.
It also appears they do not want the media to know about the potential layoff of 10,000 employees, so that's why we are being relabeled to a soon to be announced category. They are buying time so it is considered attrition and not apparent.
There are other jobs out there, just be patient with eyes and ears open.

I can only imagine the psychological stress associates will be going through the next 6 to 8 months waiting to be told they will go to Dallas hub or be laid off.

How the heck is HR going to monitor your symptoms? Guessing that leaders will be lenient to the point of breaking all the rules, then the good neighbor drops the load on you. Leadership will pass on any warning and force HR into a Box and drop you like a brick.

I filtration and take over started with their “roadmap” long ago and integrations with third parties. Deloitte and Touché and others involved I transformation and systems amd data at State Farm are to blame. Be careful who you trust. There is a reason certain buddies amd folks keep getting promoted and “leaders”. Connections and agenda is clear

No consumers base purchasing decisions on whether they perceive company employees are happy. If that was true no one would use Amazon or Google. What a small town naive post.

Influence and notoriety and image. Directors and above are deceived and supporting social engineering and calling it transformation amd systems technology. People making more money than they should and keep getting more and more. Clueless about reality.

This should tell you all you need to know about State Farm! It is officially the worst place in America to come to work! Over 3x the national average quit rate! People get hired and soon say f— this!

https://lethal-industry.com/business/how-mentorship-guides-victor-terrys-initiatives-as-state-farms-first-chief-diversity-officer/

In 2019, 9.4% of State Farm employees quit their jobs, compared to 3% of Americans who quit their jobs in August 2019, the highest quit rate recorded by the Bureau of Labor Statistics. State Farm workers with longer tenure are more likely to stay: The share of employees who quit with five to nine years with the company is 1.2%, while employees with 10 or more years is below 1%.

Yup! And all the employees drunk on kool aid will smile to the end when one day they will wake up and finally get off the kool aid. That's when they will learn who the real State Farm is.....corrupt, selfish, greedy, mean, arrogant and condescending.
