When I left Xerox within the last two years I was paying about $400 a month for two ppl with a $6k deductible. Has medical insurance increased for this year and what is the high deductible threshold ($6k / $8k / $10k)?
The benefits at Xerox are horrendous and when combined with no 401K match and limited raises over the last 6 - 8 years, time to find a company that values the employees.

3k deductible for single non smoking 40-ish. No raises for two years. Took away our bonus opportunity; mine based on performance was 4500 a year and never missed it in 10 year.s. Took away 401K match and now our leave is use or lose; can't carry over or cashout any hours, but can't get approved because we don't have the people to cover.. Doing twice the work for about 12k less a year based on the items listed. Interviewing as much as possible, but with the spike, not looking great.
The health premiums remained relatively flat not out of the goodness of Icahn's heart. Best educated guess is that our premiums did not change because if Xerox's cost share went any lower, it would violate the ACA minimum value rule (60%) and Xerox would be subject to fines from the Fed.

Horrendous...You mean down right pathetic. Border-line un-ethical. Purely symbolic of the Company's f—s given about its employees? Xerox sets their coverage at the bare minimum. Anything less would be illegal. Seriously, the out of pocket max for 2020 set by HHS and the IRS was $13,800. Where do you think Xerox was? Yep, $13,800. I am sure they would have tried for double that if they were allowed so they could pay shareholders twice as much.
Not sure about the high deductible threshold (aren’t all of our plans high deductible?) but premiums are flat from 2020-2021.
