TOS management is a real Sh*t show too. Bunch of old bank people without a clue as to direction or how to lead people. TOS management is just running out the string until they get their golden parachute. It's well past time to simplify, consolidate, and focus on what's critical. Move away from yesterday's banking model and onto a modern system.
