Plenty of cheap/free training online. AWS and Google cloud. azure. Every kind of data analysis. Windows and Unix administration. Kubernetes and Docker. Red Hat. Project Management.
Retool now. Employee development in large companies is very narrow. For a reason. It’s up to you to widen your own horizons.
