This is all by design
I am one of them, was so fed up, tired of the chaos, work conditions, hours, no pay increases, lack of customer service, low balling claim settlement on purpose "best case scenario", I could no longer work for this company. Left after almost 24 years. I wanted to work another year before I officially retired but like so many others was pushed aside, stepped on and left behind with this new Allstate attitude. Good riddance Allstate I have a feeling this company will fail soon.
