Thread regarding Sam's Club layoffs

Are we really supposed to follow the fresh specs as the zoom classes say or, do we just continue to throw the meals together as we see fit? One of the favored associates took the class and says she saw the specs once and that's all she needed. She doesn't use the Ipad at all but tells management she always has the Ipad open and follows them correctly. As I mentioned before, she is a favored one and management believes every word she says. So, are we to do as the facilitators say or whatever we want?
