Employees are doing the dividing part themselves. Just look at this place... Can't even be united on a layoffs board...

No, we are a highly disengaged workforce with little curiosity to learn about financial services. Leadership has as many legitimate issues with the employees as we have with them. We all need to self examine and reconnect with our jobs or find a different career.
Read the post again. It's not about Charlie. It's how we treat each other on this site. Let's try a little patience and kindness. And I'm including myself in this reminder. It's tough being a WF employee right now.
Charlie gets a bad rap. I support him. He is a very nice man, a wonderful teacher and cares about us.

The people on here who dislike WFC are employees, or maybe ex-employees. It’s difficult to fake the kind of contempt we have for the company and Charlie after all we’ve been through in the past 4 years or more. So that’s real.
I always assume the posters who support Charlie are the trolls. Or Corp comm. Or a relative. Because only a self-serving minion could logically support him if they look at all the facts.
Pretty sure most on here don’t work at WFC and/or are here just to troll.
Human nature. Get over it, OP. You're human, too.
Op, I think you need a puppy
Hey OP, thanks for the lecture.
Did you mean to include your suggested solution?
No? Okay, good sesh.
We can thank Charlie’s lack of management and communication for that.
