Emmott Rd. has always been a messed up place to work, with its racism, nepotism, and especially incompetence.

Give the site leaders raises. It might help.
Maybe?
That’s the repercussion of laying off those most experience employees. I have seen many Baker friends leaving us, some unwillingly and some voluntarily. Those with less experienced, perhaps incompetent, have moved up to positions that make stupid decisions.
Lots of nepotism for sure, just see how many people share the same last name.
Manufacturing messes up constantly, and BP and Shell (Appomattox project) wrote up Emmott constantly. First article inspection doesn’t always happen on elastomer parts, and the. CAPAs are created by BP but never addressed. She’ll Appomattox can’t believe Emmott small/medium parts can make a part to print one day, but then the next day, the same machinist will mess up a part and pencil whip the dimension sheet (February 2020 and the issue got escalated high up at Shell and Baker). I say shut it down and BP & Shell should not do business with Emmott Rd.
Who’s the most annoying supervisor that came from navigation in yaws opinion
We lost our best programmer years ago.
It’s hard for Emmott road not having programming support for the Navigation parts and machinists continuously making offset errors. Leadership blames quality, quality blames manufacturing, and the planning manager throws manufacturing under the bus at monthly report out meetings
I did quit...I could not work with them old farts and bad attitudes..
You can quit
Worst place to work. Politics, poor leadership, favoritism, toxic etc etc.
