Seems like everyone joining the bank gets an OC seat. What are we up to now, 20 or so members? How can you have an effective committee with that many members?

I think the opposite. of course they won’t spend a lot of time digging into issues but there can no longer be a huge divide between problems and the CEO. He will know where there are issues within the enterprise and choose to get follow ups

Simple, you don’t have effective communication that way. So nothing gets done
