So you all know. Courageous Conversations is CRT training and it will get into every meeting you have. The pioneers are most likely being trained up now. Do your research into this so you know what it's about and you're informed. How a company on the verge of bankruptcy can justify time and treasure doing this is unbelievable. I told you all this is coming and your job will depend on it. The B in BAR. HR is a fifth column in big business. It's now unfunded/banned in the federal government.

Like most companies, they're courting younger generations and discarding the old. Criticize it all you want, but from a business POV it's smart strategy. Older folks habits are harder to change, the young minds are still developing.

Best thing to do these days is keep your mouth shut. There are too many people out there now that are just waiting to take you to HR, and HR will then write you up or fire you. I am all for being professional and nice to my co-workers and I expect that back as well, but when a company starts grading you on this it starts to shutdown the free thinkers. Also, if we are all at home why do we need this mostly in office training? I guess we will all go back in January and start acting like the robots they want us to be.

This is going in the wrong direction. What ever happened to hiring the best, brightest, and most socially responsible people and let them manage their business appropriately.
