Stop thinking this is about poor performance. This is about $$$$$. Get rid of anyone who has a decent salary and a pension - even if they’re close to retirement. No more high salaries. Job descriptions re-written with nice titles that make them look attractive but smaller salaries. All to buy Brand new benefits to hire the younger and cheaper while the mainstays of CF, the long termers get demoted and have vacation benefits taken away. Wouldn’t be surprised to find the C-Suite is writing big paychecks to themselves though with cushy parachutes for when things go south. The C-Suiters. Lovely bunch of folks making you miserable while they live large and cut your pay and your job.
