Don't sh– on SMs they are literally in the worst spot out there. I know there are some bad ones but trust me sh– rolls down hill and they take a face of it for you.

Well let’s see (SM, here). I open the store if we don’t have a key holder opening with me, I do send backs, do shipment, sell when needed, answer questions from customers, box counts, physicals, run the floor during greeting customers, fix this POS POS system when SS have questions, don’t forget jump on conference calls, grab ISPU when SS are tied up, get micromanaged to send texts every hour with numbers, a therapist, get yelled at by customers, a psychologist, and a marriage counselor when necessary.

Their jobs have morphed into glorified Walmart door greeters. There is zero team selling or help with any part of our transactions. We work in different times and so the expectations have dramatically changed ...if not in their minds but definitely in ours.
