Take a look at the insider activity. They are selling like crazy. If it’s such a bargain, why is that happening

Same thing happened when FB was in charge of FD. The layoffs will come.
The stock seems to be sold off around the 20 of each mo like clock work . Usually a large sell off before I can cash out my quarterly stocks end of each quarter
The volatility index is up and they are worried the bottom might come out like it did in march.
