Instead of leading a company from a million feet away, I think Charlie should get down in the weeds and see how it really is and listen to "team members". What does everyone else think? Would be great publicity for the bank as well as he would be forced to listen to team members in front of an audience and then take action!

WF has no clue on what is going on in the weeds. To much bureaucracy always prevents positive change.
Or he could just read comments here. 15 minute read!
I'm not letting him into my home
It will never happen. He is in too deep to try and figure things out. He has damage control to do...
You need look no further than Charlie and all his Manhattan sycophants who refuse to relocate to WF major office sites/cities for their positions. Positions where WF is paying them massive salaries. And even signing bonuses... They're here to hatchet people. Nothing more. The actions of Charlie and his followers will gut the soul of the company, k–ling productivity and efficiency far more than the cuts alone will cause. He and his people are here to fatten their bank accounts. Nothing more. They have no care or concern for people.
Its employee not team member that change was intentional. You work for him he decides your future. That siver fox is, sly and can't be trusted. The 27th is the next date folks
The board and he doesn't give a damm abt the rank and file. Not one bit. We are all dispensible. Worst culture ever.
Ain’t going to happen. Take it from BNYMELLOM folks. Charlie is not into mingling with the masses
Love it! Great idea! If he would be willing to do this, he could lay me off and I would leave happily and still be giving him kudos. (We used to ask our manager to come out and answer the phones for just one hour. We even said he could just listen, nothing more than that. For just one hour so that he could get a feel for the anguish and frustration our FAs had trying to deal with the technology. You probably can guess that he never has.)
