See this was false... rmbc layoffs were done by Thursday
I heard TEN front line leaders and 2 TL’s let go :(
Heard some folks in different SUT's and property UR as well as a few band 2 leaders got their notices this morning.
Encompass lost 2 of the 3 leaders.
Also rmbc here. Any inclination as to who? Does this extend to IRA’s?
For what it's worth I also heard some RMBC leaders and RMBC support staff being let go tomorrow.
Claims and regional staffs each took several days to handle all layoffs.
What?! Are they announcing them tomorrow??? Omg. ;( for them to be doing this during covid and around the holidays is just... I am so sad.

Inciting fear that a part 2 is coming tomorrow isn’t fact. Logically looking at other departments all cuts were done in one day. To the post below me, we are ALL replaceable and it’s probably only a matter of time until AI or India completely take over, but we shouldn’t be spouting part 2 of cuts when they were made today.
Who in their right mind would post that everyone else is safe. There are more cuts coming. They have until Friday to cut more. They wouldn’t have all meetings on same day- too many people off phones if they did that. My gut says it’s not done with RA cuts. People posting that all cuts are done- unless you are corporate or a upper manager in the RMBC, you have no idea. I hope they are done, but let’s be realistic and look at the larger picture.... managers still will find out and be announced and their will be more cuts. No one is safe.

What part of RMBC heard today? I must be in part 2 because I heard nothing.
RMBC all done now with cuts. Nothing more happening Thursday or Friday or the remainder of 2020.
