If/when they sell off WFAM business what are the chances and % of layoffs? What department will be impacted? Trying to decide if I should start looking elsewhere.

depends on who buys it.... If its a big IM with a full staff,it could be a lot of layoffs. If it is a small or foreign (with no US IM footprint) it might not be that many layoffs. The Issue with a sale of WFAM, is that its so spread out, there would probably be a location restructure with at least the support staff.
