How do we know this is true, or just more BS. Where are you getting your facts ? What is the announcement timeline ? Are there going to be buyouts ?

They will keep some reps around. Your new title will be called account reps.
You will have around 30 to 35 stops on your territory.
You'll be responsible for taking pictures EDI.
Making sure that accounts are complying with their ad plan.
Try to upsell by gaining more display presence.
Bonuses will be given through the EDI system.
All merchandisers will be eliminated.
Only 3 reps will stay out of your territory.
Every territory went to 9 territories to make it evenly divided into just keeping 3 reps after DSD is eliminated.
RMS position is being eliminated.
Some DM positions are also being eliminated.
You will apply for these new positions on the workday app that was created for the transition.

What's a channels market manager?
I work 5-6 trucks a week. 18 stores. Missed obj by 5 grand, but up 20 grand over last year. Joke. If you trend light on any hours, rms say here another truck bo, you got it.
Pretty obvious isn't it? Kinda hard to conceal things when we have seen other consumer goods companies leave DSD and go warehouse before us! Reps are no longer writing orders, we mostly throw cases....just like a store clerk, for more than double the cost!
