When one is laid off, you receive a packet to sign electronically. Once you sign it you wait for an acknowledgement EMAIL from HR. I guess many people are not getting that second email. Something about HR is just slammed with work. But yet, who was in control? Who scheduled this? I mean you knew you were going to lay off these people. What gives?

I only received it back Wednesday, more than a month after I signed. I just want it over already!!

It can take a week from when you sign the severance to receive the email
