Why don’t you exit? All the strong, talented, level headed leaders are staying (of course with the exception of cliff and his cronies). It’s been 18 months none of your predictions of turnover have occurred, there have been no big layoffs, just good business decisions that put the company in great position for future success which does benefit all associates. No more ofs, no more ofd, just 44,000 strong, ready, willing and able to become the best fin tech on the planet. If you can’t see it time for you to go, we don’t need rotten apples on our team, and worse yet we don’t need passive aggressive types either. Do us all a favor and hit the door, lol!
