I was laid off last year in November, what happens with our vacation that we qualified for this year?

Why would you sign your rights away?
I signed my rights away and got the same week. Also they will not give you access to move or withdraw your 401k unless you resign.
They distribute it to local management over a mediocre dinner at the local Logan’s Roadhouse. Sorry for your loss
If you sign your rights away, you will get it right away. If you don't sign them away, like these guys said, it will be at the end of the year.
It’s paid the first pay cycle in December
You should get it end of year, they told one of my guys “just in case you were called back” we will pay it then. Of course he was never called back and moved on
