I signed my rights away and got the same week. Also they will not give you access to move or withdraw your 401k unless you resign.

If you sign your rights away, you will get it right away. If you don't sign them away, like these guys said, it will be at the end of the year.

You should get it end of year, they told one of my guys “just in case you were called back” we will pay it then. Of course he was never called back and moved on
