TOS can use management with more creativity and more understanding of product direction. Get rid of the old school, dead weight management. Some management has been in place ridiculously long and have added nothing to anything, ever.
Restructuring? Like the Call Center? Had layoffs there in October. Weird vibe.
Goldman Sachs takeover finally happening? The axes and chainsaws will be out.
TOS, Social Media and HR will be next.
Wealth management will be greatly reduced.
