Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

Wage theft minnesota

Had to sign an acknowledgement form indicating all non exempt employees are to record ALL hours over time included. My manager still wants me to get his approval and take comp time instead.

@guo+17Af8k7F you're joking, right? Most of the managers in risk couldn't spell risk unless you spotted them the r-i-s-k. Talking to my managers is like talking to people of a long forgotten tribe. I spell out exactly what is wrong with what is going on. They nod and then say the exact same thing they've said before (lizard people maybe?) that has nothing to do with the raised issue. Then when the sh!t hits the fan they act completely surprised. I worked for another team within WF that got hit pretty hard by the regulators. Their answer? Instead of changing course, move ahead faster. Then they don't understand why the issues with regulators are still in place after five years. That's why the asset cap won't be lifted any time in the near future.

I refuse to work OT any more without getting paid for it. Been there, done that, didn’t even get the t- shirt when they sent my job to India four times. As a result, I have a lot of early Fridays.

The problem is the managers are the ones doing this! I know it happens all over the bank, but you wouldn’t think it would happen Risk!!!!!

Report them to the news outlets and report them to Minneapolis labor enforcement department.

That's against policy. You should report your manager.

My manager had same issue. I gave WF so many free hours. I had to get the work done because I wanted a good review to get the heck out of here. Couldn’t take comp time - too much work. The manager has a law degree and she knows better. She’s in risk and control and a bully. Ripping off the lowest paid people in her group.
