Are paid-vacations paid upon resignation?

I am planning to search new job. I have few days off accrued. Would they all be paid off by NW after resignation?

They take back 5 days if you carried time off, even if you use time off. They also steal any of your FSA money in your WageWorks account.

You have to have been employees for 5 years or more to get paid out your vacation time upon resignation

No. If you are voluntarily leaving - PTO is forfeited. You usually only get a payout if leaving is the result of lay-offs. Use it or lose it.

Do you mean you got paid 5 days less than what paid days off you had?

Nope
I got screwed out of 5 days when I left
