What is SDOH?
They have said for two years they were going to focus on the SDOH, and to be competitive with other Medicare Advantage plans, and with COVID, things will be changing
Thank you for the heads up! I have been expecting that. Humana at Home or HCCP has not assigned a new Director after moving there director to pharmacy. They have taken a lot of other people from Humana at home and put them in pharmacy also.That alone tells you somethings up
Expect layoffs after open enrollment is over, based on the people they hired to assist with enrollment, the numbers enrolled, ECOM rollout, duplication of departments of services, and how to best streamline services to members in the Medicare advantage plan....not a troll. Not an HR person, just take a step back and look at the big Humana picture, it’s a business, and there are lots of things that can be consolidated...on paper, and then the pilots, revamping, rehiring, all dealing with ever changing CMS rules/regulations.
Anyone in a RIF should contact a recruiter to work with them as they are usually given priority over other candidates for a role transfer.
@epzr+1779r8GN, so very sorry to hear that someone with 12 years tenure is being RIFed. Could you please tell us what department you work in and if you’re interested in staying with Humana so the group that follows can be on the look out?!

Oh I’m so sorry this has happened to you 😢. Hoping you are able to find something quickly. This has happened to many good and dedicated employees at Humana. What area were the layoffs in? I feel telephonic nurses will be reduced soon.
Single mom and loyal dedicated employee for over 12 years. Just got laid off on Tuesday via conference call with 40 other unlucky souls.
