People wanted WF to admit the mistakes of the past. Our current CEO did that. Even thought the true meaning of diversity is more than being black, WF is hiring seniors that are black. Both of these items were a top priority and still I hear it’s not good enough.
Does WF need to do more to have a true diverse work force...YES. It seems that no matter what is done it won’t be enough for some.
People b@#ch and moan about layoffs...we have over 273000 employees. The fact is we are too big. Do I agree with technology being transferred to India, that would be a absolute NO for various reasons that are a fact but at the same time there is not a damn thing we can do about it. Do I agree with the sneakiness that is going on that also would be a No. I think it is horrible, disrespectful and unprofessional.
Chainsaw gets his bonus based on meeting headcount goals. If you want to be angry then be angry at the board of directors...all of them, not just one.
Has anyone actually emailed or called the senior leaders that you reference here and spoke your mine...I have but I can bet most if not all of you have not.
Some smaller layoffs in technology have occurred already, the next bigger round is 10/27. The only thing you have control over is your preparation. No one is safe.

Nobody has learned from anything. The same lack of oversight and mismanagement is happening. Just because they cut compensation for various positions (especially sales) that doesn’t mean they aren’t pressuring people to meet requirements that make reports look good. People are pushed just the same, just aren’t being compensated anymore.
We need to address a real problem affecting millions of Americans every day.

The recent statements attributed to Charlie was completely avoidable. We have enough bad press already.
