Charlie's bonus

Our bonuses are based on personal performance and company performance.

  1. Company has been having an awful year, so I doubt we will see anything

Executive compensation, one metric is Diversity and Inclusion in addition to other things such as company performance.

While the rest of us our likely to get nothing this year. I'm sure that even though the company financials are awful, in addition to Charlie not performing to the diversity and inclusion stands that he himself set. That Charlie will get a fat bonus.

I agree to be angry with our consistently negligent Board. No matter what new blood they replace old blood with: the dereliction of duty continues.

But Charlie is indefensible. I don’t buy in to those who attempt to justify his behavior by saying he is just doing his job. For his pay- he should be able to do everything the best of CEOs do, all while standing on his head and juggling. It doesn’t make any logical sense that anyone anywhere ever would settle for the half-baked effort we are getting from him.

@rxr+176mLHF9 most employees at WF are also shareholders, so we do have a say. Maybe you should stop being a bootlicker. He's not going to know who's white-knighting for him.

If Charlie gets a bonus after this year's 2Q and the new D&I PR issue, it'll be the ultimate middle-finger from the BOD to the employees.

Yeah! Let's take half of Charlie's salary and bonus and keep 36 people earning 50k all in after benefits, taxes etc. employed. Or better yet give us all $142 one time bonus.

It doesn't matter what this guy earns, its a drop in the bucket to total payroll that is in excess of 17 billion

Stop knocking the CEO's comp. If you have a problem with it you really need to focus your ire at the compensation committee of the board of directors.
