A customer falsely accuses a banker making 15 dollars an hour of not explaining a fee just so that the customer can get the fee returned. In all actuality the customer knows that they were disclosed the fees verbally and in writing but they just don't know how to manage their money. The customer doesn't know that this may lead to the innocent banker getting fired or the customer probably wouldn't say it because usually they know they are at fault.
Charlie on the other hand says one of the most controversial things imaginable and oops, it's just his unconscious bias. Shouldn't more be expected from the CEO pulling in 36 million a year? Did you even complete your trainings Charlie?
He's not looking fot black talent. He's looking for Indians period. He's not looking for white, black, or Hispanic.

The CEO was asked a question about diversity in leadership at the October 29 CEO Town Hall. Can a current team member look it up and see what his answer was?
