Like the other guy said before. Look at the flow chart for south Texas. Starting with Oklahoma on down. It’s all one ethnicity then you get to the ones doing the work and it’s a different ethnicity. What happened to inclusivity? Is it that they know more? I’m a white man and even I see it. I hear the comments about the Hispanics from south Texas and the language barrier for some. I need my job too bad to say anything.
