It is a temporary colleague who works as a manager through holiday for minimum wage plus $1 and then their job ends after they sacrifice their holidays. But it's ok because Macy's tells them how great they are and how appreciated they are.
Champion is the new Holiday 2020 (H20) term for Seasonal Holiday Lead. It used to be called Seasonal Floor Lead (SFL) and formerly Star Selling Ambassador (SSA). Basically, you get $1.00 more temporarily and a red badge.
Yes, Champion is a "thing"...it's the new title for the temp assignments during the holidays that we used to call Holiday Leads or holiday Sales Floor Leads.
Are you sure you aren’t talking about “Captains” instead of “Champions??
You wear an INC. super hero cape.
OMG @cpp+1742EyOS, I wish I could give that answer 10 upvotes!!!! Made my day!!!
